About you: store name, your name, WhatsApp number, and a scrambled form of your PIN. We never store the PIN itself, and we do not ask for an email address at all. Everything stays in this app's own storage on this phone — it is not sent to any server.
About your buyers: the name, WhatsApp number and address that you type in when you record an order. Address is optional — leave it empty for orders you hand over in person.
About your business: batches, items, orders, payments you record, delivery stages, and tracking numbers.
Only to show it back to you: your dashboard, your recap for the supplier, and the reminder text you send over WhatsApp. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with other sellers.
Those names and numbers were given to you so their parcels could arrive. Record only what you need to deliver the order, leave the address empty when you hand things over in person, and do not use the numbers for anything your buyers would not expect.
Only the account that created it. Every read is filtered to your account. There is no public page, no shared catalogue, and no buyer login.
Account → Delete account removes your account and everything listed above, including every buyer detail you recorded. It is immediate and permanent; we cannot restore it afterwards. We offer you a spreadsheet copy of your orders before you confirm, because afterwards there is nothing left to copy.
For one year after a deletion we keep three details about the account owner only: the phone number, store name, and the date the account was deleted. Nothing about your buyers is kept — not a name, not a number, not an address.
We keep it for one reason: so that an account cannot be deleted and immediately remade to shake off a complaint, and so we can look into a report that an account was used to cheat people. It is not used for anything else, and it is never handed to someone who asks for it, however convincing the story. After a year it is deleted too.
